Please plan accordingly when you are ordering for an event. Our cakes can stay fresh up to 12 days if left in the original packaging. That means leave the cake in its airtight container away from sunlight, air and moisture exposure.

We recommend leaving your cake in the original packaging it arrives in and in the airtight container. If you open it please enjoy it immediately! Do not expose the cake to moisture. Keep out any air and direct sunlight.

Each cake is made fresh to order and the images in the shop are for illustration purposes only. We strive to replicate each cake to look similar to the illustrations. However, cotton candy has a mind of its own! Some layers may be larger or smaller and you will decide if you use the sprinkles or not & how they will look when applied to the cake. We do promise that our cakes will be fresh, yummy and beautiful.

We are located in downtown Dallas, Texas and only travel to events located in the DFW Metroplex.

We prepare our cakes in a facility that strives to offer products free of gluten, nuts and are dairy. However, there is always a risk & we recommend being cautious if you have allergies of any kind. The ingredients we use do not contain nuts, dairy or gluten. But we would still advise using caution due to the preparation the cake will go through in the manufacturing facility. We love our customers and want everyone to enjoy our products safely and with our upmost transparency.

It's an OG cotton candy flavored cake that does not contain any colored dyes. We recommend our packet of marshmallow with them as a topping for a full dye-free dessert experience.

We do not recommend using the sprinkle or topping packets for kids, especially under the age of three years old as it is a choking hazard. The packaging will advise of this warning that your cake and sprinkles arrive in. Please take that warning to heart to protect your loved ones. We want everyone to enjoy our cakes safely and have a wonderful experience.

No we do not accept returns since this is a consumable product and is not safe to return. If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction upon receipt, we will do everything we can to make it right.
